• Ace the right test!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nTest Selection:<\/strong> Our program starts with the selection of the correct test for each student. There are a variety of strategies we use to do that. We may look at previous test scores or we have a diagnostic test that provides data suggesting the best test for each student. We do not typically recommend that students study for both tests.\n\nConsultation:<\/strong> Once the right test is selected, we work with students to prepare a testing schedule and score goals. This schedule is based on test dates, math level, and student schedule.\n\nStudy Plan:<\/strong> Next we decide on a study plan for each student. Based on the time of year and the student’s school schedule, we set up a study plan.\n\nBoot Camp:<\/strong> Prior to the test, students may attend an on-site Boot Camp. At the Boot Camp we teach pacing (time management), test-taking strategies, and test content. We have lots of simple tips to help students improve their scores. The Boot Camp is divided into several sessions and provides a total of about 15-16 hours of in-person test prep. It is offered 3 times per year. The Boot Camp covers:\n

  • ACT Reading\/SAT Reading<\/li>\n \t
  • ACT Math\/SAT Math<\/li>\n \t

  • ACT Essay\/SAT Essay<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nOn Line Practice:<\/strong> Included in this program is an online program that students may use for further practice. We teach the students the best way to use the program for their success. We have a comprehensive and diagnostic on-line program that we use. It is self paced, but we help design a pacing schedule.\n\nPRACTICE IS THE KEY!<\/strong> We provide multiple practice tests with our program if requested. These may be within the online program, in a book we recommend, included in Boot Camp, or emailed from us.\n\nIf more help is needed, we offer private test tutoring in math.\n\n\n

    Summer Test Prep<\/h3>\n \n\nHigher SAT\/ACT scores mean better admission potential and more merit scholarships.
