• Has the student taken a rigorous curriculum and performed well? We analyze this by looking at transcripts and A-G approved courses<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  • How are the student’s standardized test scores? We discuss the scores and what they mean in relation to various colleges<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Is the student mentally prepared to be “on his\/her own”? This determination is made through authentic assessment (discussions and activities)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • How far away from home is the student prepared to go? We use questionnaires\u00a0 for parents and students to answer this question<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        • What kind of extra curricular activities has the student been involved in? We help focus student in particular areas<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          • Has the student taken a leadership role in any activities? We also help guide students in this area.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            • What does the student do in his\/her spare time? We discuss what colleges are looking for and make suggestions for a better college resume.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              • Does the student have any special talents? Music, dance, theater, athletics?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
